I don’t teach theory. I teach what it takes to come home to yourself.

 

I’m not a coach who read a few self-help books and decided to wing it.

​

I’m a certified Somatic, Trauma-Informed Relationship Coach, trained in Brainspotting, nervous system regulation, and the deeper psychology of trauma and codependency.

​

But the truth?
It’s not the certifications that make me effective.
It’s that I’ve lived what I coach.

​

I’ve survived narcissistic abuse. Rebuilt after betrayal. Been the strong one silently falling apart — until I finally stopped pretending.

​

Now I help high-achieving women who’ve been told they’re “too much” stop shrinking in their relationships and start feeling whole — without apology.

​

Yes, I’m trained.
Yes, I’m trauma-informed.
But most of all?
I’m embodied.
And that’s what makes this work actually land.
